Brand new shaker style kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay in Burnham Market. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar that seats three people and is adjacent to the dining conservatory. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob.

Conservatory diner

The conservatory houses the dining area, a large table which will seat up to 10 guests. There are also comfy seating areas and lots of books for you to while away an afternoon in the sun.

Sitting room

The Sitting Room is a spacious yet cosy room, comfortably seating six, complete with books, games and a Smart TV for entertainment, complete with a Netflix account.

Family bathroom

The family bathroom is elegantly designed featuring a bath, shower, toilet, and sink, all beautifully finished with classic decor.

Bedroom Two - twin

Bedroom one is our twin room, with two beautifully styled single beds. Suitable for adults or children. It includes a built in wardrobe complete with a basket of toys

Family Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet. The bathtub has a marble style wall behind it, and there are small decorative bowls and a mirror on the window sill above the sink. Blackbird Cottage, recently refurbished.

Bedroom One - Master & en suite

Our Master bedroom hosts a king sized bed with a firm mattress. It includes a dressing table and chair as well as a comfy armchair. There is a built in wardrobe and hair dryer included.

This room also has an en suite bathroom which houses a toilet, basin and shower.

Bedroom Three

The newly converted third bedroom features a luxury king-sized bed with a medium firm mattress. It also has comfortable seat, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. There is also a chest of drawers and hanging area for all your storage. The room also has its own hair dryer.

The Hallway & handy cupboard

In the hallway there will be a bench with a shoe and coat rack, perfect for unloading your daily items after a day exploring North Norfolk. We are just awaiting furniture delivery on this.

Outside

At the front of the property, a private driveway offers off-road parking for three to four cars, depending how you park. Our property goes right to the pathway so you can park all the way up the drive.

At the rear, you'll find a charming, compact garden, thoughtfully landscaped with outdoor seating and plenty of space for both dogs and children to play. The rear garden is completely fenced and secure.

There is a patio and outdoor seating area with a table and chairs to seat 6. There will also be a charcoal barbecue. We are just awaiting delivery of the furniture and barbecue
